During stress or overwork, unpleasant sensations arise: nervous tension, stiffness, anxiety, anxiety, fear, headache, decreased mental or physical strength. The Key method consists of five steps and is recommended by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation to reduce stress and fatigue in a working person.

This method helps to quickly relieve stress, get enough sleep, get rid of fear and feelings of anxiety, remove the “nerve clamps” in critical situations (exams, negotiations, competitions, emergencies), increase efficiency and speed of thinking. Also, the method will free oneself from complexes and stereotypes of thinking; harmonize interpersonal and family relationships; unlock creativity. Everyone should own this method.

First step. With light hand movements, massage the most tense or painful areas of the neck. Perform the exercise while sitting or walking around the room for 5 minutes. If your hands get tired, sometimes shake them.

Second step. If possible, stand and stretch your arms in front of you. Keep your hands relaxed at your elbows and imagine that your hands begin to diverge smoothly automatically in different directions without muscle effort.

If the hands began to diverge, this means that relaxation has turned on and stress reduction begins. Repeat this technique 3-4 times. If, with all your efforts, your hands do not diverge, then you are too “clamped”. Make a few of any habitual warm-up movements, a few deep breaths and exits. After that, shake your hands and repeat the procedure with the divergence of hands again.

Third step. Spread your arms to the side in the usual way (with the help of muscle effort) and mentally tune in to the smooth backward movement of the arms towards each other. Repeat 3-4 times.

If the reception fails, do a little warm-up as in the last step.

Fourth step. Drop your hands and, mentally imagine that one of them smoothly pops up. Imagine that you are in zero gravity. Connect the other hand. Gently raise and lower your hands several times. After your arms rise quite high, inhale and relax. Experience the feeling of lightness.

Fifth step. After completing these exercises, sit or lie down immediately. It is at this moment that a feeling of relief and inner freedom sets in.
