Each person has his own manner of communication and the framework of personal boundaries. They are determined by the characteristics of upbringing, the character, and the social environment in which the individual grew up. Defending personal boundaries is a normal and natural phenomenon for every person.

Each person has his own personal space, which he protects from the invasion of other individuals. Collision occurs most often for the reason that it is different for everyone. Someone reacts painfully to the slightest intrusion, someone can let another person close to him. The hardest thing in this regard is people vulnerable and sensitive. There are several ways to make it clear to a person that he has violated his personal space.

Physiological

It includes physical removal from an annoying object. If the violation of boundaries was from a physical point of view, i.e. touch, hugs, etc., you can just move away from the person or even go to another room.

Psychological

If an individual regularly violates your space, then try to talk with him about this topic. Explain what you don't like and why. Suggest a manner of communication that suits both of you.

Emotional

This is not the best way to communicate information about violating personal boundaries. It consists in a rather rigid upholding of one’s space. Usually this method takes effect when others do not work.

To preserve inner harmony, personal space must be protected. The process of communication between people is a complex phenomenon that has been studied all my life.
