Let us consider in more detail the types of personality, so that in the future there will be no questions with the definition of a particular representative.
Choleric is a rather impulsive person, even the most emotional of all four types. He is impatient, demanding, nervous, has a bright personality and is very mobile. In the hands of a choleric, everything burns; he cannot suppress the internal energy, which is often spilled out by scandal or quarrel. These are people who cannot sit in one position, stand in one pose. Monotony beats them with a knockout. They can actively gesticulate with all parts of the body during a conversation, and if necessary, also with facial muscles. Thanks to the temperamental nature of the choleric, it is easy to recognize even in the crowd.
Sanguine is a person of an active life position, but unlike choleric, positive emotions prevail in his luggage. He is also mobile, also energetic, but less prone to emotional outbursts. He perceives bad news with stamina, and "even in pigs he finds a piece of ham." Sanguine was born to cheer up others, to smooth out conflicts with humor, and in case of inclement weather to reflect the attacks of gloom. It is not difficult to calculate such a person. A wide smile, a welcoming look, a sonorous voice, pleasant pats on the shoulder - he does not skimp on compliments and gives everyone an inner light.
Phlegmatic - a person with a persistent psyche and with a less pronounced emotional background. Balanced mental storage allows this type not to be nervous over trifles, not to waste in vain. He is thoughtful, somewhere slow, but always gives an account of his actions. Better to think it over several times than to rush into the embrasure right away. He is not a fan of noisy gatherings and a state of chaos. His inner world is full of bright colors, but outwardly this does not manifest itself. An even tone of voice, calm reigning on his face, a serene look - may help to give out a phlegmatic person.
Melancholic is a person with high emotional sensitivity. Due to the predominance of emotions over logic, these people have many fears and anxieties. They are often nervous, suffering, tormented inside, trying not to burden others with tormenting problems. In addition, they are more than anyone else ready for compassion and empathy. Their mental warehouse is ready to suffer doubly for themselves and for that guy. They often perceive other people's troubles as their own, which leads to diseases on a physical level.
Having a complete understanding of each type of personality, its features, it is possible at first glance at a stranger to determine which category he belongs to. A joyful, carefree and smiling person will certainly belong to sanguines - Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius. Impatient and agile individualist towards choleric - Aries, Scorpio, Leo. A balanced, rather slow figure will be an indicator of phlegmatic - Capricorn, Aquarius, Libra. And compassionate people are most often found among the melancholy - Cancer, Pisces, Taurus.
