There is no fearless person. Everyone has their own weaknesses and fears. The reason for their occurrence is not fully understood. The answer lies in the depths of the human psyche. However, it is more likely to say that the main cause of phobias and fears can be called problems in relationships with relatives.

Each person has his own weaknesses and fears. They are features of his personality, until they turn into a serious problem. Often they arise for the reason that the individual does not try to eradicate them, hoping that they will disappear by themselves.

The first person in his life feels fear during birth, when there is a process of separation from his mother. There are two types of it:

  • Physiological. This is a normal kind of fear that helps a person survive in a dangerous situation and mobilizes all the body's resources for these purposes.

  • Neurotic. This fear has a psychological nature. It is connected by constant internal tension and the expectation of danger. Depends on the structural features of the personality psyche.

Fear is necessary for a person to protect himself, if the individual does not know this feeling, then this is also a deviation. Over time, fear can turn into a phobia, acquiring a certain focus. For example, fear of flying, claustrophobia, fear of rodents, insects, etc.

It is difficult to give an unambiguous answer to the causes of various phobias and fear. Often the origins of all this can be found in childhood and adolescence. Among the most common causes can be identified:

- a certain moment in life when the individual experienced a very strong fear and is afraid of repeating it again;

- difficult relationships with relatives and close people;

- mental disorders and hereditary predisposition.

If fear has become a real problem for you, then you need to deal with it. This is a matter of not a single day and requires considerable mental strength and patience.
