Nervous tension and anxiety are fears that devastate, deprive of vital energy, hope. In this state, a person is not capable of making the right decisions and logical actions.
Anxiety causes confusion and helplessness. This emotional reaction occurs mainly when a person is faced with problems and cannot see their immediate solution. Women are more worried - because this condition causes them the slightest problem, such as lack of time.
When the nerves are at the limit, it is recommended to use the following action plan:
- Take a sheet of paper and describe in paragraphs what you are concerned about at the moment. If possible, make an implementation plan for each of them.
- Take a very comfortable position, close your eyes and imagine yourself in your favorite place (in nature, under the strong-smelling flowering tree, or the place where you dream to travel). The more carefully you see the picture, the faster your breathing becomes even and the nervous tension recedes.
- If you have a huge number of assignments at work or household duties, select the most important ones that do not require delay, and start with their implementation.
- Allocate a clear time for rest, even the smallest one.
Anxiety is the cause of a large number of diseases. You need to pay attention to this, and perhaps you just need to slightly reduce the list of your duties to reasonable limits.
