In general, through the elimination of the influence of the past, all previously existing psychological and other internal problems will begin to disappear one after another. Together with them, it will be possible to eliminate those that caused stress. Having lost the “base, ” the stressful state will soon disappear on its own.

If you have worked out all the problems in a quality manner, they will leave your life forever and will never again become sources of stress. Your life begins as if from scratch. Nevertheless, keep in mind: working on stress, you will need to work out not only the problems that seem to you to be its main cause, but the whole load of accumulated emotions in general. A similar need arises in connection with the interconnectedness of all components of the human psyche, where often one is inextricably linked with the other.
