3. Do you need alcohol in order for the body to function normally?
4. Can you reduce the dose of alcohol or abandon it altogether?
5. Did your drink cause unpleasant incidents?
6. Do you drink in secret from others?
7. Do you feel angry at the thought of stopping drinking?
8. Has your diet changed?
9. Do you also carefully monitor your image?
10. Do your hands tremble after sleep? If you answered yes to five or more questions, then you are addicted to alcohol.
