Start fostering accuracy by examining your workplace: do you need all the items or could you do without some? Remove excess immediately. Place the necessary objects in boxes, pencil boxes and coasters in the order in which you will need them: what you need constantly, closer, rarely — away. Remember this order and continue to strictly observe.

During operation, after using each tool, place the item exactly where you took it from. Make an effort now not to search for the item later. The worst enemy in accustoming oneself to accuracy is laziness. But, if you overcome yourself, bind and force, you will succeed.

Put books, clothing, cosmetics, and hygiene items in the same order. Books can be arranged by genre, alphabet, or era, but that’s not the point: the main thing now is to link each item to a specific place.

Clean up items immediately after use, not afterwards. If you just left a soup plate on a computer table, it will bother you, get confused in the wires, as a result, some piece of equipment will fall into it and, at best, will get dirty. In the worst case there will be a short circuit and the equipment will have to be thrown out. Paper documents after such a bath will also lose value.
