A situation familiar to many, when in the evening you can’t finally finally go to bed and fall asleep, and in the morning you cannot open your eyes, can turn into a real problem. A universal remedy for getting rid of this scourge has not been invented. On the contrary, the problem is only gaining momentum every year.

Neurologists divide people into two categories - larks and owls. According to these definitions, some people fall asleep early and get up beautifully in the morning - these are larks, and the remaining part, that is, owls, can fall asleep well after midnight and are not able to paste their eyelids in the mornings. At the same time, most of the population has to go to work at about the same time.

So that a person can fully relax, and with the advent of a new day, productively fulfill their duties, it is necessary to get enough sleep. With late falling asleep, biorhythms get lost, and gradually falling asleep in the evening becomes more difficult. For owl people, this can be a huge problem. Therefore, many "owls" dream of learning to fall asleep early, so that in the morning to get up with a fresh head.

The reasons that prevent you from going to bed can be very different, but it does not get any easier. No matter how clearly the reasons are considered, this does not solve the main problem. It is useless to fight your own body - it is better to create conditions for it to have a good rest.

For example, an alarm clock helps - it is started for a time one hour before the moment that is determined for going to bed. His call is a signal that it is time to leave things and try to relax, maybe take a walk or drink a decoction of herbs.

The bed should be comfortable, with a good mattress - even small things like the color of the bedding are important. Distracting things from sleep should be removed away. The berth should be comfortable so as not to repel the desire to lie down and sleep.

Ideally, you should draw up a specific daily routine for yourself and adhere to it strictly. After some time, the body gets used to the fact that you need to go to bed at one certain time, and the internal clock begins to be rebuilt. By the time, which is defined in the schedule as “preparation for bedtime”, a person feels drowsy and calmly falls asleep, one has only to lie down in bed.
