And the Internet itself is not evil, it carries many benefits: the search for information, communication with people who are far away, training, someone else has work, and just pleasure in the end. The whole point of this method is to find pleasant replacements for the Internet in this life. Let the internet stay in your life. But it is important to learn to have fun in life and without it. To begin with, we are looking for these ways artificially, and subsequently they will harmoniously fit into your life.

1. Often the main reason for dependence on the Internet is dissatisfaction with one’s own life, lack of a favorite thing, lack of emotions outside the monitor. And it is precisely this question that must first be addressed - find the meaning of your life. Imagine yourself an absolutely happy person. What are you doing? What do you do? How do you make a living? What's your hobby? What friends? How do you relax? Think about what you want to achieve or what you once dreamed about. And realize that actually all this in your life is prevented by sitting at the computer. If you devote at least an hour or two every day to the realization of your desires, then in the near future they will come true. Just a couple of hours a day, at this stage you don’t even need extreme efforts, but you will already get the result. If you want to change your field of activity, start learning a new profession two hours a day. Perhaps you always wanted to help people and you see the point of your life in this - start helping others two hours a day. The choice is great: from volunteering to helping a friend transport things. If you want to devote your life to the family, become at least two hours a day the father, mother, daughter, brother you want to be. Although it’s only two hours a day, you’re already the one you like yourself - and it turns out not to be as difficult as it seemed.

2. If you don’t want to start with the meaning of life, just start with your favorite business. What pleases you? True pleasure, only your personal. Draw? Draw. Write? Write. To sew? Sew. Craft stools? Get started. Do you like learning languages? Proceed today. Learn how to cook deliciously, bake cakes, sew bags, play the guitar, study rocks … Just the same two hours a day, but after a year you will be a good apprentice if not a master. The only rule here is that the activity should really give you pleasure. Without pleasure, nothing will work, without pleasure it will be very easy to replace your business again with the Internet and empty living your life.

3. Every morning and evening, devote at least 20-30 minutes to your loved ones and loved ones. Fully dedicate, turn off the computer, turn off the Wi-Fi on the phone and stay one on one with your loved ones. Make a delicious breakfast or evening tea, look into each other's eyes, hug, talk about everything in the world. It often seems that fresh air does not mean anything compared to such pleasant minutes and hours on the Internet and especially social networks. In fact, walks can also be made very interesting. Remember where you have not been to in your own city or the nearest towns. Make a list of these places, and depending on their number, leave the house every day or at least once a week. Travel Let near the house, but regularly. You will be surprised how many pleasant and interesting places around you did not notice.

5. Sports. Take care of your health and physical condition. A couple of visits to the fitness club a week or even daily exercise at home will make your life more complete and vibrant.

6. Chat with friends. How long have you been gathering the whole company together? Have you invited your best friend or girlfriend for a long time? Again, invent a reason to meet every week. Holidays, birthdays, barbecue in honor of each month, a bathhouse, shopping, gatherings with a guitar until the morning - anything to fill your life with new experiences.
