Creativity
Again, the most important thing here is that this type of creativity captivates and likes you. Try different options, choose what really captivates you: decoupage, painting, sewing toys. If you have the opportunity and desire, learn to sing. Firstly, it’s almost impossible to sing and think about something at the same time. Secondly, there are singing techniques in which vibrations are created that positively affect overall health.
Change of location
This is perhaps the most expensive way, but one of the most effective. Just leave, at least for a few days, in another country. It is advisable to choose exotic countries with a different culture and rhythm of life. So you will have new impressions and, perhaps, you look at the situation from a completely different perspective. And the sea itself is very reassuring.
