Flow is a state in which a person is fully involved in what we are doing. He is so involved in his activities that he even “forgets himself”. In a state of flow, a person’s attention is 100% focused on work, he successfully achieves his tasks, performs the right actions, and all decisions are made easily and correctly.
In a state of flow, the feeling of self and time disappears, and there is only a feeling of incredible uplift - emotional, physical and spiritual.
