Dismissal is an unpleasant, but often happening practice. There can be many reasons: downsizing, hiring a more promising employee, employee negligence, or failure to fulfill his obligations. The main thing - after the dismissal, not to lose heart, but to gather strength and solve the problem.

If you were fired according to the article, then most likely the corresponding entry was made in the work book. Such a document will discredit you in your further search for work. Some people prefer to say that they have lost their jobs, and to appear for interviews with a new document, but this is always alarming for HR managers: this is an obvious way to hide the dismissal, and many use it. If you can explain the good reasons why you were fired, then try to do so.

Usually the dismissal is made out so that the person leaves of his own free will. This allows you not to spoil the labor worker, and more often than not, what happened is really independent of the person. For example, crisis and downsizing are one of the most common reasons for dismissal in recent years. Nevertheless, the workers themselves are far from always aware that they are not guilty of dismissal. There are resentment against the employer, self-doubt, insecurity, and even apathy or depression due to nervousness may develop. Do not fall into despair, do not give in to despondency.

After leaving, some allow themselves a little rest. There is nothing wrong with that, unless the "vacation" is delayed so much that it robs you of your working spirit. Being in a relaxed state, it is very difficult to find a job, as your mood is felt, and a competent eychar will certainly notice it. Try to “get together” before looking for work. Begin to get up at the old time, and not at dinner. Work hard on your job every day: treat it like your current project. Be collected and attentive.

Sometimes people find their old resume in the archives, add a new line to it about freshly lost work, and start searching. But a much better solution would be to rework the resume, add to it the skills acquired at the new job, and adjust goals and plans in accordance with the current situation. Sometimes a person changes so much over the years as a specialist that it’s easier to create a new resume than to take an old one. In any case, it is worth examining it very closely.

5

Do not panic and do not reduce the desired salary. If you have achieved any success and carried out responsible and important projects, you have experience. Sometimes, in a panic, people write too low a value in the resume, quickly get a new job, and then think what to do now, because money for a living was clearly not enough. The issue of reduced remuneration can be considered in the presence of a probationary period, but it is better to do so only if you apply for a higher post than you previously occupied, or you understand that you have really great prospects for this job.

If you cannot find a job for a long time, you can try contacting the employment service and find further education courses there. This is a free service, but few people know about it. In addition to new knowledge, during the training you will receive a scholarship.
