Why men are the best strategists
The term "strategy" in a broad sense, not covering only the military field of application, means the ability to consider any problem (including a very complex, labor-intensive) as a whole, in its entirety and in conjunction with many related circumstances. And often not only at this particular moment, but also for the future. A person with strategic thinking must calculate the consequences of his actions, the likelihood of various events. A man-strategist knows how to assess risks, knows how they can be made less significant for the common cause. This skill is useful to all people, but it is especially necessary for top-level managers, from the heads of large companies to the heads of state.
Mainly, this ability is inherent in the stronger sex. In most cases, a man is better able to formulate a common task and outline specific ways to solve it. At the same time, as a rule, he is not distracted by minor details, due to the peculiarities of his thinking and less emotionality compared to women. Finally, men are for the most part less cautious than women, therefore they are more likely to take risks - for example, introducing some new direction in the activities of their companies.
