What is self-hypnosis? This is a kind of pleasant and comfortable state, like a trance, into which a person independently introduces himself. Fifth, for faster entry into a state of self-hypnotic trance, you can use special music tracks, the sound of a metronome, the ticking of a clock, the sound of rain on glass, and so on. Sounds must be looped, without sudden changes in volume and without an unexpected change in key. It’s best to listen to your chosen audio experience with headphones. To pick up music or sounds is necessary, of course, in advance.
