Human thinking contains attitudes and beliefs that affect his behavior, health, mood. Thoughts build a picture of the world and in essence create our subjective reality. If you are not comfortable with the current state of affairs, you can correct it with thinking, but it requires patience and perseverance.

The effect of words on life

Certain emotions and memories are associated with words. For example, the word "problem", which means severe, insurmountable difficulties, we often denote even minor difficulties. Replace "problem" with the word "situation", and its solution will seem easier.

Try to remove the words “I can’t”, “it will not work out”, “impossible” from your vocabulary. We often learn the habit of speaking them from relatives and those people with whom we often communicate. Watch your speech, build sentences so that there is no hopelessness in them.

Positive thinking results:

  1. Belief in oneself is growing.

  2. Good people and favorable situations are attracted.

  3. A positive-minded person is more likely to find the right solution to the problem; he is not nervous in vain.

  4. Positive thinking not only helps to avoid stress. Thoughts alter the structure of water. And our body contains a large amount of this substance. Therefore, positive thoughts will help cells function properly and maintain health.

  5. There is harmony with oneself.

  6. Focus on a happy future, rather than focusing on a bad past.

How to learn to think positively

To develop a habit of thinking positively, put a bracelet on your hand and live 21 days without complaint or expression of discontent. If at some point you break and give free rein to the negative, start the countdown again 21 days. When you manage to hold out this period, you will become a different person.

To effectively resolve the problem, clearly articulate the current situation, it is better to write the wording on paper.

Get away from emotions.

Take responsibility for what is happening. If you yourself were able to create a situation, then you yourself can solve it.

Ask yourself:

  • what is good in this difficult situation;

  • how it can be used to your advantage;

  • what experience can be learned from the situation;

  • what can be done to resolve it;

  • what happens if what you fear is happening?

The last question you need to ask yourself if fear prevents you from deciding on something. Ask yourself also what will happen if you do not.

Think about what you can do to solve the problem, consider different options.

Positive thinking will help to choose the best option for action and at the same time remain calm.
