For any leader, in the first place are the interests of his organization, its ability to effectively occupy its "niche" in the market, while maintaining and expanding its client base. In other words, his main duty is to make the company work like a clock. And for this, he needs to ensure that all employees of the company feel that they belong to the same "common house", that they fulfill their duties with the utmost diligence and conscientiousness, taking reasonable initiative if necessary. How to do it?

Instruction manual

one

It is pointless to achieve a good attitude to work in an orderly manner. No wonder folk wisdom says: "You will not be forcibly sweet." In order for subordinates to truly value work, in addition to purely material incentives (good salary, social package, bonuses), the moral and psychological climate in the team is very important. After all, if a person literally "through force" goes to the service, if he knows that there will be hassle, humiliation, scandals, "cheating" there, then he will hardly give himself to work with all his soul.

2

Always be polite with subordinates, and demand the same from lower-level managers. Show interest in them as individuals, if possible, help in solving problems. Be sure to praise and reward for diligent work.

3

If the subordinate was mistaken, performed his duties not in the best way, point him to this and demand correction, but in the most tactful form. If the mistake is so serious that it is necessary to impose a penalty - it should in no case be associated with humiliation, gross scam, etc.

4

Feel free to listen to the opinions of subordinates, especially if they have a reputation as recognized experts in a particular field.

5

Require employees to respect each other. In the event of a conflict between subordinates, especially if it has taken a protracted form and has a detrimental effect on the moral and psychological climate in the team, you should take all measures to end it. At the same time, show the highest possible objectivity and impartiality.

6

If for some reason one of the employees of the company regularly provokes conflict situations, creates an abnormal, nervous atmosphere that harms the company, it is necessary to strongly demand that he change his behavior. If it is impossible or unwilling to reform, such an employee should be dismissed under any pretext. Because the proverb "One black sheep spoils the whole herd!" completely fair.

7

If possible, organize corporate parties, field trips, to communicate in a more relaxed, informal atmosphere. This is very useful for creating a welcoming atmosphere in the team.
