In addition to natural ways of dealing with anxiety, there are artificial ways of self-regulation. For example, breathing exercises. Sit on a chair straight, exhale completely and relax. The last way to cope with anxiety is an exercise to improve mood. Sit at the table and immerse yourself in your emotions and anxiety. Then take a blank sheet and draw on it with colored pencils and felt-tip pens lines, shapes, objects or just spots. Imagine that all your anxiety, along with the picture, is splashed onto the paper. Draw until the entire sheet is occupied or until calm comes. Then turn the picture over and on the reverse side describe your anxiety in a few words. Try not to think about it. After that - destroy your drawing. It can be torn, burned, crumpled and thrown into a bucket. Along with this act, your stress and anxiety will also go away.
