Today, a person is busy almost constantly, he needs to have time to do the work, go to the store, spend time with the children and do something around the house. And if you do not prioritize this list, you can miss something very important, which then negatively affects life.

Instruction manual

one

Priorities allow you to clearly plan your time, remove unnecessary tasks, or leave a minimum amount of time for them. A clear framework helps to feel confident, to achieve results. And the completed items are charged with optimism, give strength for further work.

2

You need to learn to plan for a short period of time. Having developed the skill, then you can use it for any time period. Better to start from half a day. Take a sheet of paper and a pen, it is better to do this in writing, rather than on a computer. When a person writes something, his brain and visual memory work. Information is better absorbed.

3

Make a list of tasks that you need to do for the upcoming half of the day, this is approximately 6-7 hours. The list needs to be done in detail. For example, for most people it will include: working with papers at work, preparing dinner, helping a child do homework, laying the table and washing dishes, checking mail and social networks, taking a little rest by the TV or reading a book.

4

Look at the resulting list, evaluate whether it is possible to catch all this in such a short time? Very often planned cases are more than minutes provided. That is why you need to decide what to do and what is better to forget. First ask yourself: “Can I entrust this business to anyone?” For example, washing dishes can be passed on to a husband or wife. Perhaps something else will turn out to be redistributed. Make a note and do not forget to ask the addressee to do this. Cross out these tasks from the list.

5

Look at the remaining cases and put importance. Number one is a must-do business. Two is also important, but it needs to be done only after the first. And so on throughout the list. Now you know where to start. You can also put next to each case the time it takes to complete. But you need to do this carefully, do not leave a minimum period, keep in mind that performance may fall, so write the usual time plus fifteen percent on top.

6

The most difficult stage is crossing out. Remove at least the two most recent items from their list. Their importance is minimal, and you most likely will not be in time anyway, but after this day, if they remain, you will have a feeling of dissatisfaction. Therefore, it is better to remove them immediately. Of course, if you have only 3 points, then two of them should not be deleted, but if there are more than 6 steps, then two is not at all scary. And do not forget, when the job is done, also delete it from the list, this will add enthusiasm.

7

Having prioritized these simple questions, learn to do things in other places too. Even going to a meeting, write what you need to ask and what to achieve. And again - devote time to the important, not the secondary. This will immediately lead to a several-fold increase in productivity.
