Silence Healing Sample

One of the experts describes the meeting with his client, whom he helped get rid of neurosis through the practice of silence.

The man came to the session, and instead of giving him the opportunity to speak, the specialist invited him to just be silent for an hour in the first session. I must say that the man was diagnosed with neurosis, he also suffered from constant headaches and insomnia.

At first he was very surprised at the proposed method, but did not object and remained sitting in an armchair. Ten minutes later, he began to constantly change body position, bite his lips, cross his arms and legs. Another ten minutes passed: the man could no longer sit in one place, so he got up and sat on a chair.

After a little more time, the man got up, went to the window and began to look at the street. Then he began drumming his fingers on the windowsill and glass. Moving away from the window, he began to walk around the office, sit down and get up again. When the session was over, he silently got up and left.

The next day he returned and himself asked to hold this session in silence. The man was already calmer. He only got up a few times and walked around the office.

In subsequent sessions, the man came again and sat for an hour in complete silence, thoughtfulness, not getting up from his chair. After the fourth session, he said that he was literally amazed at the results. He calmed down, almost stopped getting nervous for any reason, began to sleep normally, and his headaches stopped. Before these sessions, the man went to many specialists, drank a bunch of pills, but there was no result. And only after the practice of silence was he literally born again.
