Attentively listening to the interlocutor is not at all as simple as it seems, because most people during a conversation think about something else, look at the phone screen or interrupt, imposing their opinion.
Why is active listening necessary?
Many people interrupt the interlocutor in order to prove that he is wrong, and express their point of view. But the interlocutor will not want to open his soul anymore if he sees that his opinion is not important.
Sometimes it’s worth listening to another person, understanding the meaning of his words, understanding what he thinks. After all, we already know our opinion, one can take note of someone else's. Who knows, suddenly it will be useful for us. In addition, a person who really knows how to listen and owns the skills of empathy attracts people.
