The first long enough stage is awareness. Think, remember, try to understand what you did not do what you would like to change, correct. Try to analyze all the recent events. Perhaps the answer lies there.

After the reason is found, you need to figure out what became its consequence. Thanks to this stage, it will be easier for you to understand what you will fight with.

The third stage is repentance. If you did wrong, do not be afraid to admit it to yourself and others. If necessary, ask for forgiveness. Otherwise, it will torment you all the remaining time and will not allow you to carry out the next step.
