Fast self-massage

Performing stress massage is best, of course, in a relaxed atmosphere. However, to make it quickly and in the working environment is also possible. It will take no more than 10 minutes of time.

First you need to thoroughly grind, warm your hands so that your fingers are not cold. After that, gently but vigorously massage your face. You should start from below: run your fingers along the lower jaw, massage your cheeks, rising gradually higher and higher. At the time of self-massage, listen to yourself: do not try to intentionally control the movements of the fingers, close your eyes, let your hands find the right points themselves, the stimulation of which will help you quickly relax.
