Hypnosis means sleep. This is an art that allows you to deliberately introduce a person into a trance. In everyday life, you can use hidden hypnosis.

Hidden hypnosis

Latent hypnosis is a direct psychological influence on a person’s sub-creation, which bypasses his consciousness. It was practiced by Milton Erickson. Subsequently, he developed his technique, which has received worldwide recognition. Today it is known to many under the name "Erickson hypnosis."

Ways to influence a person

According to Milton, there are two ways to influence a person: on a physiological and psychological level.

The physiological effect on a person is a copy of the posture, facial expressions and gestures of a hypnotized person.

At the psychological level, you can change the mindset of the interlocutor. However, for this you must initially determine the type of personality. In hidden psychological hypnosis, three types of people are distinguished: visuals, audials, and kinesthetics

Visuals

In such a person, the eyeballs will move up-left or up-right, which indicates that the interlocutor often uses visual images in a conversation. He can also direct his gaze to one point and take a thoughtful look. In his speech, he often uses the momentum: "Consider, pay attention, imagine" and so on.

Audiences

The gaze of such a person will be directed left or right. Audiences are guided by hearing. In conversation they will always pay attention to what they once heard. Such people remember melodies and songs well. In gestures, they can sometimes tap objects on the table, depicting a certain motive. Hypnotists often use such a personal melody as a gift, since repeating this melody, they are able to easily enter a person into a trance. In their speech, audiences most often use the words: "Tell, listen, listen" and so on.

Kinesthetics

Such people think based on bodily sensations. They easily recall hunger, cold, heat, and so on. Kinesthetics are able to understand bodily experiences more than others: pain, illness, insect bites and much more. In conversation, their gaze will be directed down - to the right. As for the movement of the eyeballs down - to the left, this can be used by all people, as it means speech control. In communication, kinesthetics are guided by the phrases: "I felt, felt, surprised me, and so on.

Where does latent hypnosis apply

If during important negotiations you need to convince a person to your point of view, then some rules of hidden hypnosis can help in this. Modern marketers often use the gypsy method. This is when there is an overload of consciousness. A person is loaded with a lot of information and strong gestures.
