Recently, a new method in the field of psychotherapy - the method of cell memory - has become increasingly popular. Using it, a person tries to penetrate into consciousness in order to be able to "reprogram" himself from various vices.

This is one of the most popular approaches in psychological practice at present. According to this theory, the whole history of a person is reflected in human cells, and this is a kind of cellular memory. It is with its help that we behave in a certain way, we have appropriate behaviors and addictions. Psychotherapists all over the world are still puzzling how to get to these treasures of valuable information in order to be able to influence a person’s condition and help him in certain life situations.

According to the cellular theory, we live through painful life situations over and over again, never finding a way out. Man obeys, as if to some dark instinct leading him into the abyss. These include alcoholism, drug addiction, addictive behavior and other vices. Can a person do something in this case? How to help an individual achieve healing and get rid of pain?

How can a person be "reprogrammed"? First of all, the therapist must "immerse himself in a person", i.e. observe his condition and behavior during the session. This will help to identify certain patterns in his behavior and understand the course of his thoughts. However, this is only one of theories regarding how this method can be used. Many questions, however, remain unanswered.
