Just realize that you need 5-10 minutes to wake up and get rid of lack of sleep for a while. Create in your mind a certain attitude that even when you are weak and cannot get out of bed, you still need to do this, no matter what, at least for the sake of self-satisfaction. Set yourself right psychologically, and this will greatly facilitate your early recovery.
