Problems arise when a person is constantly in a stressful insistence and never relaxes. Pay attention to each finger, elbow, and wrist. Do the same with the legs, back, and neck. This way you will feel the weight in your whole body and feel how tightly you are pressed to the floor.

Repeat all again, but now imagine that a stream of heavy air is pressing on you, which will not allow you to stand up even if you want to. Such a flow should be felt evenly throughout the body.

Then repeat the relaxation procedure again, but now feel the warmth. Tell yourself that you have warm arms, legs, and the whole body.

Imagine you are in a forest or on the seashore. Tell yourself that you are calm and relaxed. Lie down for a while, but don’t fall asleep. You should not have thoughts, you must remain conscious.

After that, begin to return to reality. Tell yourself that your body is filled with energy and vigor. Lie down with your eyes closed for a short while, then get up slowly.
