One of the most powerful negative emotions is fear. The feeling of fear arises mainly from experiences from childhood, that is, it is based on experiences of the past, unless, of course, it is connected with the danger that arises at a given moment in time. Fear is the constant work of the “thought viruses” that have arisen as a result of the incorrect parenting, the erroneous worldview of teachers in school or culture.

If you think about it, fear in reality has no reason in itself. Fear is a small child living in every adult, who sometimes wakes up and begins to intervene in the quiet life of an adult. Some believe that fear should be fought solely by interrupting it with the help of willpower. But it just won’t get rid of him.

Outwardly, we are trying to pretend that, using logic, we convinced ourselves that there is no fear, but a frightened child, hiding inside his mind, cannot perceive these arguments of the mind. Few people know about it, but a child has only two types of fear, the rest are only varieties of the first two, this is: fear of not being loved and fear based on survival. If you think about it, you can agree that most fears of completely different people really revolve around these basic types of fear.

Unfortunately, we have been taught from childhood to overcome fear only through persuasion and suppression, and we just need to teach ease in dealing with fear. Of course, everyone wants to look strong and any person will go to any tricks in order to create an image of a person who is not afraid of anything. We feel ashamed of what and what we are afraid of, and we begin to torment ourselves for it.

If one learns to naturally accept the presence of fear or phobias, instead of considering power, only as the absence of fear, then our matured self will cease to transform into a frightened little child. Instead of appreciating our sensitivity, thanks to a biased attitude towards phobias, we hide it. The path to overcoming fear lies through self-knowledge. Recognize your abilities and discard harsh criticism of yourself.
