A significant number of people can pronounce any words or even whole phrases in a dream. It is believed that half of young children and at least 5% of adults speak in this state, although it is possible that there can be much more, because few people pay attention to it or immediately go to consult doctors. But, of course, it’s unpleasant for people to realize that in a dream they can “blur out” some secrets, and they are trying to understand why this is happening and how to stop their “sleepy revelations”.

Scientists explain that during sleep in the human brain, nerve cells function as actively as during wakefulness, so sleeping can not only pronounce something, but also move and their facial expression changes. It manifests itself in everyone, but to a different extent. They say in a dream people whose nervous system is especially excitable, which in turn is the result of either very strong overstrain, or some kind of innate features of a person inherited from parents.

But emotional instability is, of course, not a sign of a disease. Some people are quite impressionable and, experiencing very strong feelings during the day, at night can pronounce what they experienced in a dream. This is characteristic, for example, of many children who thus react both to their fears and to very joyful events.

Therefore, when faced with cases of conversation in a dream, doctors are in no hurry to apply radical methods of treatment, unless, of course, it is caused by some serious reasons, for example, mental disorders or drug addiction.

Many people who have something to hide from relatives are very worried that in an unconscious state they can give out their carefully guarded secrets. Psychologists believe that there is no reason for this if the secret has been kept for a long time. They say in a dream under the influence of some recent events.

If you are prone to conquest, you should not worry and, especially, fall into despair. Before going to bed, you need to remove mental stress. If you had a hard day, and you can’t get away from past events, try to relax: turn on pleasant music, take a bath with aromatic oils, such as lavender, take a walk in the fresh air, or at least go to the balcony to breathe fresh air. When emotions overwhelm you so that you cannot overcome them and cannot fall asleep for a long time, take a sedative. It can be a spoon of honey with a cup of warm milk or a sedative (but you should not get involved in this without the instructions of a doctor).

4

You should not go to bed, lean on heavy, fatty foods and generally overeat: this disrupts any healthy sleep. Well, as you know, watching action movies or disaster films at night also does not contribute to quiet dreams. Reading some prints can also cause emotional stress, so try to do without them if you do not want your household to listen to your thoughts on this subject at night.

By the way, doctors pay attention to the fact that the likelihood of phonation in a stuffy room is doubled. Therefore, before you go to rest, be sure to ventilate the room.
