It’s hard to find someone who has never experienced fear. Someone is afraid of dogs, someone is tall, but there are people who experience negative feelings due to fear of loneliness or loss. The reasons for these emotions lie in deep childhood, and some were inherited.

Each person reacts to fear in his own way. He makes some move actively, while others freeze and cannot move. Of course, social fears are less pronounced than those that pose a threat to life, but they can also impede a happy existence.

Personal experience

Many fears arise from personal experience. From an early age, a person constantly develops space, learns to interact with him. Due to this, domestic fears arise that help protect the body, for example, the fear of open fire. Thanks to him, a person will not put his hand in a fire or touch a hot kettle. These emotions are useful because they help not to get crippled.

Fear of betrayal, fear of loneliness also grow out of what has been experienced. After serious shocks, emotional pain, certain blocks are created that prevent a person from falling into difficult circumstances again. This is not always positive, because such emotions may result in fear of remarriage, a new job or friendship with people. To get rid of such experiences, sometimes you have to contact a specialist.

Birth fears

There are fears that a person experiences, but they are not based on personal experience. Some people are afraid of hunger, this is expressed in huge stocks of products, in the desire to hide something for the future. And although they never were without food, never lived in the absence of something important, they have this emotion. Usually it is inherited.

A child up to one year of age adopts parental behavior. He still cannot think like adults, but the reactions to some things are clear to him, he simply copies them into his subconscious. If the mother was worried about money, if she considered them evil or a source of negativity, the baby can easily make this attitude his own. Then, in adulthood, she must appear, will prevent him from earning a lot, will limit his income. The fear of condemnation is also transmitted, and in the process of upbringing it also intensifies, and a person almost completely loses his opinion, begins to depend on what others think.
