Start any conversation with a friendly smile. Sincere joy, an open look and a friendly expression on your face inspire confidence and set you up for a positive attitude.

Address a person during a conversation by name. Be sure to correctly remember the names of your interlocutors at the first meeting.

Take an interest in the affairs and interests of another person. Ask the interlocutor questions about his hobbies, leisure, pleasant life stories, if appropriate. Try to be sincere and attentive to the words. Remember the main points of the conversation, the facts of the biography, so that the next time you do not return again to the same question. However, at the next meeting, if possible, refer to some circumstances from the last conversation. Let the person know that he is pleasant to you and that communication with him is very important for you. Suggest that you value and accept any of his opinions.

Become a good interested listener. Encourage someone to talk about themselves. Do not interrupt the story. Periodically express your passion for his monologue with facial expressions and gestures. Ask leading questions as you go. Give the person the opportunity to speak out.

Raise topics in conversation that are interesting to the person whose good location you want to get. Usually people who are passionate about a business are happy to share information about it. And in this case, you as a listener will look like a pleasant person with whom you want to continue further communication.
