Since the Russian economic system began not only to allow the very possibility of individual entrepreneurship, but also began to develop this area, many modern "adventurers", driven by various reasons, have not been slow to test their strengths in building their own business. However, having not fully understood the nature of the reality in which they now have to work and realize themselves, most of them have not achieved the desired results.

Key qualities of a successful entrepreneur

Before deciding on such a serious step as creating your own business, it is very important, first of all, to decide how much you are ready for this. Risk, of course, is a noble cause, but rash and reckless actions never led to the desired reward. Successful entrepreneurs and businessmen at different times possessed a wider range of specific personal characteristics than just the desire to make money and the willingness to take risks.

To implement successful entrepreneurial activity, you must at least have high leadership qualities, good intuition, the ability to creatively look at reality, find innovative solutions to problems, have a penetrating mind and be able to think logically, be independent, responsible, ambitious, persistent and hardworking - these are just some qualities that can affect the success of the business. So, for example, the qualities of a leader are necessary in order to be able to organize a team of good specialists, to be able to motivate them for success, and “infect” them with an idea. Not the least role is played here by the knowledge of psychology, and not necessarily on a professional level. This may be the level of everyday psychology, which is necessary both for interaction with subordinates and for understanding consumer desires.
