Each person is more or less familiar with a mysterious beast named "Sloth". Someone carefully ignores the existence of this phenomenon, someone struggles with it with varying success, and for some, laziness is an unchanging life partner. In some cases, reluctance to take any actions or engage in familiar activities is useful. For example, with fatigue and nervous exhaustion, laziness will help restore strength and regain efficiency. But what to do if, in the normal state, all attempts to regain focus and productivity turned out to be a failure, and important tasks, as they were unsolved, still remain so?

It is important to remember that each person is individual, therefore there is no universal way to combat laziness. One of the methods will help someone, and someone will gain good results when combining them. But first, you need to figure out what laziness is.

As a rule, the following conditions and moments can be the causes of this phenomenon: fatigue (both physical and emotional), lack of motivation to perform any important business, the desire of the body to maintain a presence in the comfort zone. Each reason requires its own approach. Below are options for solving the problem of laziness.

1. First you need to deal with the most difficult tasks, and the lungs need to be left for later. Such an approach will allow us to devote maximum effort and attention to important matters, which will positively affect quality. In addition, when an unpleasant and difficult task is completed, one can feel satisfaction and relief. In this mood, easy things will be done without any problems.

2. It is necessary to maintain the body in shape, monitor your diet, play sports, give enough time to sleep and try to worry and worry as little as possible. When a person is healthy and full of energy, he has enough energy to fight laziness and successfully defeat it.

3. Remuneration for work is a great way to motivate yourself to accomplish. For example, for each completed task, you can allow yourself one or another pleasant "weakness": a new purchase, a chocolate bar, watching an interesting movie, etc.

4. Large and voluminous tasks should be divided into stages or "steps". So an important matter will not seem impossible difficult, but the brain will cease to reflexively resist when it realizes that everything is not so scary.

5. Many are well helped by getting rid of distractions. If you need to do work on your computer, the first thing to do is turn off all communication-related programs (ICQ, Skype, etc.), close browser windows with social networking pages, mail, etc. The fewer distractions, the better and better the concentration.
