In childhood, they do not fantasize about good work, a good boss and career advancement. We are interested in completely different things. Remember your childhood dream. Write down as many fantasies as possible “it would be great if …”. The longer and more detailed this list will be, the better.
Now look at the points that you got. What do they have in common? Which plot repeats over and over again? This plot says that you are interested. Do not rush to abandon the childhood dream, as from the impossible. You just need to fill out the next paragraph - how you can translate what you are interested in in adulthood.

What are you going to do? What will you do? Imagine, write at least twenty points. Now think about which of the above you can start doing right now?

Now think about what you are dreaming of right now, you thought or planned a month ago, or maybe a year ago. You need to ask questions about the goal until the answers are over. For instance:

-I want to see new places.

-To get new impressions, new interesting information.
-And why do I need new experiences and new information?
- I want to understand how other people live, in other places.

After the last “why, ” there is a pause. The question can only be answered "interestingly." This is exactly what you were looking for.
Useful advice
The main sign that you have found something to your liking is a surge of strength. Interest is one of the strongest positive emotions, a source of motivation, the basis of movement towards a goal. When we find what is interesting to us, we forget about fatigue, we feel a surge of strength, our life is filled with meaning and joy.
