Communication is one of the most important areas of human life. However, people are not always able to find a common language. The reason for this is communication barriers - psychological and other difficulties in communication.
A communicative barrier is any reason that prevents people from building effective communication or completely blocking it. In the case of communicative barriers, the information is distorted, loses its original meaning or does not reach the recipient at all.
External communication barriers
External communication barriers are understood to mean circumstances beyond the control of the interlocutors, for example, adverse conditions or a meeting place: breaks and malfunctions in telephone communications, weather anomalies, loud noises, etc. A barrier of misunderstanding, when people speak different languages in the literal sense, have speech and diction defects, can also be attributed to external barriers. This also includes the forced use of special terms in which the interlocutor does not understand, socio-cultural differences and traditions of behavior in society.
