To achieve happiness in your personal life, choose a picture with which you will associate this desire: it can be a photo of a happy married couple or just a picture that embodies love and tenderness. Cut out wish pictures from magazines or print photos found on the Internet on a printer and paste them on a prepared Whatman paper. Hang the resulting collage in the most prominent place in the room, for example, above the bed. This will allow you not to forget about your desires.

Take 10-15 minutes every day to visualize your desires. In a calm environment, look at your collage and imagine in colors what your life will be like when the long-awaited changes take place in it. Visualization will allow you to minimize your fear of acting, and within a few days you will feel that you have not only stopped being afraid, but you really want your wishes to come true soon. You can use the method of visualization "on the contrary": imagine what your life will be like if you still do not decide to change something in it.

Prepare yourself for the fact that everything desired cannot happen at once in one moment, since all changes occur gradually. Remember that even the smallest step will invariably bring you closer to the realization of a dream, so develop a strategy to achieve the goal and start working on it. If you want to lose weight, but are still afraid to go on a diet or go in for sports, start small: replace one of the plentiful meals with a more modest or healthy one, and instead of bothering yourself with lengthy workouts in the gym, do the simplest five-minute every day exercises. In a couple of weeks you will feel that everything is not at all scary, and you will be ready to complicate the program to achieve the desired.

Delight yourself with small gifts for every step you take. For example, you decided and talked with your husband about what does not suit you in a relationship - as a compensation, allow yourself to buy some new thing.
