There are some practical and easy-to-follow tips that will help you cheat your appetite and cope with the craving for sweets.

If you still can’t refuse sweets, instead of sweets or muffins, it is better to dissolve a cube of dark chocolate. It is necessary to hold a piece in the mouth for at least a couple of minutes so that the signal reaches the brain that the body has received sweetness.

An excellent substitute is also nuts and dried fruits, fruits in sugar and cream. Of course, one should not get involved in them, but such snacks will bring much more benefit than harm.

A snack with sweets can be replaced with fruit chewing gum. Chewing chewing gum, a person, it seems, gets sweets and does not burden the body with excess sugar.
