Try practicing first to see the aura of the subject. Place the book (or other item) vertically on the table. The color of the table should be neutral, dim, plain. You can also lay a white cloth on the table.

Sit at the table opposite the book. Look as though THROUGH books with defocused vision. Your gaze should be relaxed, as if sleepy.

After some time, you will see a soft, barely noticeable glow coming from the book. Observe the aura of the book, try to determine what color it is. Perhaps at first you will not be able to determine the color of the aura of the book. You will see only a subtle haze. After a while, repeat your experience with the book until you see the color of its aura.

Do the same exercise with other books or with other objects on a neutral or white background. You can also watch your pet (cat, dog) when he is resting. After a while, you will be able to discern the colors of the aura.

Ask a friend you trust to volunteer for your exercises to discover the ability to see the aura. An important condition: a “volunteer” should not be critical, negative or biased towards your experience. As you learn to see the aura, you need to learn to trust yourself.

Let your “volunteer” stand in front of a white screen (or in front of a white wall). Focus on an imaginary point just above your friend’s head.

Defocus your gaze. After some time, you will see a soft glow around his head.

Perhaps you doubt that this is really an aura, not an illusion of vision? Ask a friend of yours to imagine that a bright ray of light emanates from his crown towards the ceiling. You will see that the flickering radiance expands, becomes stronger and vibrates.

Try to get information about the aura in another way. Because the aura is not necessary to see visually. The aura can be "read" and "scanned": feel intuitively, or by touching a person.

- enter into a completely relaxed state, taking a few deep breaths and exhalations;
