Therefore, you need to find additional activities for energy. This can be yoga, jogging around the house, walking with an active child or, at worst, a dog. Make a list of tasks that you need to do first, and hang it in a conspicuous place. Truly childish delight will occur for a couple of seconds each time you cross out or tick the box next to one or even several items at once.
