So, during the experiment, one group of students actively engaged in aerobics for an hour, without getting enough water to quench their thirst, while the other was not limited in the use of this fluid. By comparing the results, the researchers found that the “dehydrated” young people felt more tired, depressed and even a bit embittered, as a result of which their mood markedly worsened. But how much water is required so that a good mood leaves you as rarely as possible? The authors of the study believe that this norm is individual for each person and depends on how active his life is, how much he weighs and what the weather is today. But one recommendation for all still exists: drink eight to nine glasses of water daily and you are guaranteed a good mood. And finally, a few tips. As you know, a smile is an indispensable companion of a good mood. If it suddenly deteriorates, just try to smile and keep a smile on your face for 2-3 minutes - the negative attitude will surely disappear. Or imagine that many years have passed and look at the trouble that has arisen from a temporary "depth" - the problem will seem to you very insignificant and not worth your gloom.
