The personality behind this “I” is the main character in the life of each individual. The way we create our own world is determined by our experience, knowledge, worldview. We ourselves are the center of this world, and from this position we look and evaluate the reality surrounding us.
We also evaluate ourselves, because better than ourselves, no one knows us. But if we ask the opinions of those close to us about this, we may be surprised how very different the view from the outside! That which is of primary importance for one of us, is a mere trifle for the other.
For example, the limit of a man’s dreams is a car, but there is not enough money to buy it. The friend also does not have a car, but this fact does not upset him at all. His thoughts are preoccupied with another problem: a seriously ill mother, an urgent operation is needed, a large amount must be collected as soon as possible.
You need to reckon with your "I", you must value yourself, value, respect and accept your own uniqueness. At the same time, do not forget that nearby are the same unique people, with their beloved, important and unique "I".
Any conflict that arises between people is a clash of two "I", each of which has the right to be heard and understood. And even if you think that the opponent is wrong, respect his opinion. The point of view of another person is no less valuable only because it differs from yours.
Love and appreciate other people, they are also unique and inimitable, they also have the right to their own opinion.
