In addition, having coped with unpleasant things early in the morning, the rest of the day you will spend calmly and pleasantly.

Do it right away. There is such a rule that if it takes less than three minutes, it must be done immediately. The same principle works here: if you have no serious reason to postpone any business, do it immediately.
